Offering 24-hour care and support from a diverse, experienced staff team in a flexible manner, enables High Oaks to provide high quality care for residents on a short, medium or long term basis.
We have a focus on rehabilitation and recovery at High Oaks which, when combined with holistic activities, provides a safe, supportive and rewarding environment for people with severe symptoms, complex needs and/or those who have proved difficult to place.
The home currently offers 16 long-term residential places and long-term is defined as any placement of three months or greater.
