Rights and Responsibilities

The length of stay (or placement) at High Oaks will depend on the individual’s needs, abilities and circumstances as well as the funder’s circumstances.

We provide 24-hour waking staff delivering care and support for all residents in all categories.

Funding of placements is usually made by the council or other government funded body based in the area where the individual has been residing prior to coming to High Oaks.  This funding body will usually continue to pay the fees for the duration of the stay but in some circumstances it will change.

We also accept privately funded clients and self-referrals can be made.
