The upstairs area of High Oaks houses the administration and managers’ offices and the main office. Access to this area is secured with a lock and this is the only area not freely accessible to residents. This is to maintain the security of confidential records both on paper and computer.
To maintain privacy, the twice daily shift handovers take place in the main office. It also houses the telephone lines into the home upon which many sensitive conversations will take place.
